1. Privacy Policy
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
We collect contact information from and about you. For example, we might collect your name and street address. We might also collect your phone number or email.
We might use information for marketing purposes. For example, we might send you information about new events.
We use information to send you transactional communications. For example, we might send you emails about a ticket purchase.
2. Delivery Policy
We send the e-tickets that you need to print or physical tickets by post unless we inform you by email about different way of collection.
3. Refund /Cancellation Policy
Refunds will not be offered in the event of late entry refusal.
Tickets can not be returned or replaced, and offer for resale in the theater.
Please contact the event organizer by email with any queries relating to the event.
4. Refunds for Canceled Events
We reserve the right to change the date, start time, or cancel the event without prior notice, due to reasons beyond our control.
If the date or start time of the event has changed the purchased tickets are valid or there is a possibility of return.
We are not responsible and we are not obliged to pay any compensation or damages to ticket holders of a superior or canceled event, if the event is postponed or canceled for reasons beyond our control such as: accidents, illness artist, bad weather conditions, changes in the flight schedule , terrorist attack etc.
5. General information
You must produce a valid Ticket to gain access to an Event and You must keep possession of such Ticket at all times during the Event.
You must comply with any and all instructions given to You by Promoter and/or all Venue stewards and staff.
The organizer has the right to change the composition of the artists if this is due to illness, indisposition or other cause beyond the responsibility of the organizer.
Event participant agrees to use his image in case of video recording.
The organizer is not responsible for lost properties.
The Promoter reserve the right to provide alternative seats at the Event to those specified on the Ticket.
Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to the event
6. Service charge
Service Charge is a fee for electronic delivery to cover the costs of delivering e-tickets – including hosting and licence fees for the technology used, as well as ensuring tickets can be validated at venues.
We enable customers to buy tickets at any time without the need to spend time and money travelling to the box office.
The booking fee charged per ticket pays for the technology infrastructure, distribution network, telephone lines, labor and other costs associated with arranging and managing ticket inventory and servicing a ticket transaction.
